INTRODUCTION
Luck of employment, the increase of poverty and evils for most of Mtwara youth has being major problems for their development together with Nation development.
By understanding a positive contribution of youth in our region and nation development, INFO RADIO STATION wish to establish Mtwara Talent Seek which intended to provide education, promoting talent and helping youth from one stage to another in success.
Kindly read a proposal bellow it explaining more about an idea.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Luck of development, employment and the increase of evils are originating from Ignorance and poverty, so info radio through your corporation together we can help this significance group for development of our nation.
A PROPOSAL
Info Radio Station proposing an idea (project) to your office, an idea called MTWARA TALENT SEEK, A concert that will be done every September each year and will take a month to come to an end.
A concert will join together all youth at Mtwara region who’s having music and other talent and doing competition. A concert aimed to empower both Mtwara youth from poverty and ignorance.
Our expectation is to start competition soon this year at Mtwara town while a. Awards are going to be provided for the winners, Our targeted audiences are Youth and from the beginning we shall start with an open concert that will be publishing to the mass.
A total cost of establishing a concert is 5,400,000/= and our expectation is to get more support from your office, from financially or any other contribution that you think can help our Youth.
At the first time a Concert will take five hours, starting from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm absolutely this time all youth will be available.
Info Radio station kindly is asking for your support in establishing a concert and together we can reduce poverty and ignorance in our country.
OBJECTIVES

Ø To empower Mtwara youth in fighting against poverty and ignorance.
1.3.2 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Ø To rise the talents of Mtwara youth, so as to see are benefit through their talents in managing their life.
Ø To bring together all Tanzanians and emphasis them contributing in assist this generation.
Ø To see good future of our Tanzania Youth
OUR VISION
Our vision is to see a reduction of poverty and dependent of Youth in our region.
OUR MISION
Ø Establishing a concert that will join together various stake holders and members whose need to assist Youth development.
Ø Providing awards for the best talented artist that will enable them to be un dependent.
Ø Effective promotion of the concert to public so as they can be aware and emphasis them to contribute for concert.

Ø A project will provide employment for youth.
Ø A project will enable our artist to get an opportunity in ongoing with highest level of their activities.
Ø A project will rescue youth from evils.
Ø The increase of Nation income through artist jobs
Ø Our artist now will get time to be published and to be known widely.
